Then they gave us a street facing room (terrible noise) and said they don’t have anything else available. The conditions do not even deserve 1 star. The AC and fridge were not working, the roof was leaking, the bed had hair on it, the carpets were very dirty. Staff service was very friendly and apologized for the hotel conditions. The hotel was nothing like it was advertised. We left after seeing the room. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It is a budget accommodation and the rooms is quite dated, but this is reflected in the price.
