Nestled in a forested setting, our spacious three-bedroom home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and recreation. Wake up to peaceful water views from the deck, spend your days on the lake, and gather for s’mores by the firepit as the sun sets over the water.
Ideal for families and small groups, this home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests (6 adults max) and includes every comfort to make your stay unforgettable.
### The Space
Our cozy, multi-level home is designed for comfort and connection. The main living area features a large sectional sofa, perfect for movie nights on the Smart TV. The adjacent kitchen, with its granite counters and stainless steel appliances, is fully stocked for creating delicious family meals. Enjoy your morning coffee from the standard drip coffee maker, craft an espresso using one of the Moka pots, or grind whole coffee beans and use the espresso machine.
For entertainment, challenge your group to a game on the full-size ping pong table or choose from our collection of board games and books. Fast 1Gbps fiber internet makes streaming or remote work a breeze. Practical amenities like a washer/dryer, iron, and hair dryer are also provided for your convenience.
Sleeping Arrangements:
* **Upstairs Primary Suite:** A spacious retreat with 1 King bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a large soaking jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
* **Downstairs Bedroom 1:** A comfortable room with 1 Queen bed.
* **Downstairs Bedroom 2:** Perfect for kids or friends, with 2 Queen bunk beds.
### Guest Access
The entire house is yours to enjoy during your stay, with the exception of a few locked owner's closets and items stored on the garage perimeter. You'll have direct, private access to the lake and our covered dock right from the backyard.
Self check-in is simple with a smart lock, and free parking is available on the premises.

* **Safety:** Please wear the provided life jackets when using the kayaks or paddleboard.
* **Checkout Requests:** Before you leave, please ensure all windows and doors are locked, start the dishwasher, and return outdoor gear to the garage. We also ask that you return the thermostats to 72°F (cooling) or 68°F (heating).

To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we ask that you please follow these rules:
1. No smoking inside the home.
2. No parties or unauthorized events.
3. The indoor fireplace is not for guest use.
4. Please return kayaks and paddleboards to the garage after use.
5. Respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
6. Please treat our home as if it were your own. We love sharing it and want to keep it beautiful for every guest.
