“They cancelled the booking due to a plumbing issue in the unit but never sent out any communication about it. I called the number multiple times for it to go straight to voicemail because the instructions were not sent for check in. To me, sending no communication about cancelling is very unprofessional because then last minute while I’m sitting in my car I had to scramble to book somewhere else.”
