“Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. “We would definitely stay here again! Nice, quiet, pleasant neighborhood, close to downtown Sanford. Apartment was super clean and well appointed for us. “The house was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, and amenities were as advertised. The neighborhood was generally pretty quiet and never felt unsafe. The mattresses were very comfortable, with soft sheets and warm blankets. The sofa was also comfortable, and wifi worked great for streaming TV/movies.
