"Check in und Zutritt via Smartphone war gut machbar. Auftretende Herausfoderungen konnten schnell und unkompliziert über die angegeben Telefonnummer geregelt werden. Vielen Dank! "
"Very modern hotel. There is no front desk or any staff. You use an access code to enter, which means that you can check in at any time and there is no checkout. Comfortable bed and a spacious room. There is a nice bakery 30 seconds walk, where you can get breakfast. They have vending machines at reasonable prices on site too."
"The manager woman was an absolute doll. Our room had no handsoap and she got it to us right away with her lovely smile and professional and friendly demeanor. This was one of the best hotels we stayed at. The amenities, room setup and staff and breakfast."
"Staff let me leave my luggage at 11 in morning, and gave me the room key to use after the room had been cleaned (note - reception is closed between 11a.m. and 2)
Considering the central location the hotel is very quiet
The breakfast was excellent for this type of hotel. It hadvarious plant based milks and yogurts
The staff generally were very cheerful - not the norm in German customer facing roles
The whole stay was a pleasant surprise"

"I only managed to sleep from midnight until 5 a.m. because of the constant noise from the train passing above the hotel—it was incredibly loud and made it really difficult to rest. On top of that, the toilet is shared, and unfortunately, it’s not being maintained well at all; it was quite dirty, which made the overall experience even more uncomfortable.
