"This was our first stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites. We reserved two rooms and checked in late. Our destination was Chattanooga, Tennessee, and this location was conveniently situated halfway on our drive from Norfolk, Virginia. The front desk staff who assisted us was very friendly and courteous. He was also very helpful when we needed assistance obtaining coffee from the lobby. I would rate this experience five stars if not for a small issue: I noticed a dried, sticky substance on the blanket. While it was quite small and not a stain, it was unappealing. Overall, we are very satisfied with our brief stay at this hotel."

"This stay was well worth the cost. The staff was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The only thing that would make it better is adding eggs or sausage or bacon to the breakfast. "We stopped into this La Quinta for a short stay over. We usually choose La Quinta because of the budget friendly rates and general cleanliness, but this experience was EXTRAORDINARY. The rooms and property were squeaky clean, property felt very safe and secure. And Staff was so friendly and helpful! Jolly, specifically kept asking how our stay was, if our rooms were clean, and how the breakfast was, and if he could do anything else for us. Truly made our stay so special! We will certainly be back to La Quinta Radford should the occasion call!"

"This place is actually quite the gem. The only knock I have is that you cannot check in until 4:00 pm but the staff departs about 3:00. So you do a self-check in. That is absolutely fine except we don’t know that until we arrive at 4:30 pm. You have to travel six miles to Floyd to find dinner as the Tuggle’s Gap diner closes after lunch. Also their sign says the store is open 24/7 which is not true. It closes at same as the cafe. Very nice rooms and they are clean! Great location very close to an entrance of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Give them a look!"
