“Always a great stay. Staff work hard and are always helpful. Lovely room and great location. Excellent selection of food and drink. Cheap parking close by. Gary, Mandy and Ashley always look after us and go above and beyond.”

“Check in was simple. Brean beach is fantastic for long walks. Brean itself isn’t so great. The accommodation was basic, smelt damp. Oven was filthy. Not somewhere I would recommend. Overpriced for what it was.”

“The staff were friendly, fun and efficient. A disabled parking space was close by for my husband and the ground floor bedroom exceptionally well accommodated and comfortable along with a wet room! The bar was fun, friendly and busy with excellent menu, great service and atmosphere. A local group of friends informally got together with instruments and voices. Much enjoyed. Highly recommended”

“Functional stop over location breaking up journey to Cornwall. AC wasn't working in one room. Staff said it was fixed after we had been out for dinner, but it hadn't and either they didn't know how to fix it or were more tolerant of the heat. Also it's an absolute cheek that the hotel charges you to stay in the car park when it's clear everyone will need to drive to it and there's nothing else there. Other than that it was average.”

“I’ve wanted to stay at the Webbington for years. Every time I’ve driven past on the M5 I’ve looked across and wondered what it was like. My dad was mildly annoyed when I told him we’d finally stayed — apparently I’ve beaten him to it after about 60 years of meaning to go! Fate eventually brought us here when my wife became unwell while we were travelling home and we decided it was much more sensible to stop for the night. The hotel is an eclectic mix of old and new. “Nice warm feel about the place. A little bit worn around the edges, but exactly what you would expect from such an old property. Bed was comfy.”
