House Overlooking a Private 12 Acre Lake And Only 4 Minutes To The Beach

You have full access to this entire beautiful Queenslander home and the 3 acres of land surrounding it, enjoy overlooking the 12 acre lake which is all yours while you stay.
The space
Located 5 mins from Burrum Heads and 23 mins to Hervey Bay on a 148 acre property, you have exclusive use of a magnesium swimming pool, canoe, paddle boat and kayaks as well as the entire home and one double lockable shed which are all included in the price of your stay.

A quiet beach is a short 5 minute drive away where you can also find the Burrum River boat ramp, a Foodworks, a bakery, fish and chips, pub, butcher, petrol station and several more shops for your convenience.
The home offers 4 bedrooms, ensuite to master, bathroom with toilet plus a separate powder room.
A fully equipped kitchen, large living/dine plus a games room and large outdoor areas.

Plenty of parking space for boats and vehicles.
Additional guests in caravans on request only and at additional cost. Access to one of two sheds for lock up parking of two vehicles.

A fireplace is located inside and a firepit outside for the cooler nights and all bedrooms are air-conditioned for the warmer nights.

Beautiful Home!

As soon as we arrived we decided we wanted to stay forever, since that wasn't an option we will be coming back next time instead!The house is clean, the beds are comfortable and there is everything you need in the house. The kids loved the swing, arcade (bring lots of 10c coins!), paddle boat and kayak's, there was so much to do without leaving the houseJodie was easy to communicate with and check in/out was a breeze.
