"We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was a last minute plan for a staycation for our Anniversary and we were confuse about which hotel to reserve as there is a few good ones in the area but I was glad, I decided to go with Welcome Home by ITC. The property was great and I have traveled all around and being from the hospitality industry myself I tend to notice the little things. The staff was very helpful especially the MOD. The check inn process was smooth and to my surprise they even send us a cake as a welcome gift for our anniversary it's the little things that take you a long way in the hospitality field. They asked us if we needed a late C/O as we had arrived pretty late to the property but my girlfriend had a flight to catch the next day so we checked out pretty early. The room was nice and clean. The surroundings are quiet especially it being close to the highway. The overall service was a 9/10 would definitely recommend them. I'm not aware if they have amenities like a spa or pool on property but if they do that would be added plus. You got me sold ITC. Next time you guys will definitely be my first pick. - Thank You!"
