“Some residents have “Hostal No” signs on their balconies opposing the tourist accommodations. The dispute concerning the use and alteration of common areas led to litigation between the homeowners’ association and the lodging/property operator, including court rulings in 2023 and 2024. The signs were still present during our August 2026 stay, although this did not cause us any problems. Otherwise the room and the location were perfect for us.”

“Great location near the cathedral and old town. Easy walking to most everything. Outstanding reception. Super helpful.

“This is a great place, great location, plenty of hot water, it does not get any better than this in Burgos. I'm extremely happy, and that is saying a lot beause I'm usually miserable.”

“The apartment is better than described and the location is perfect for a visit to Burgos. The check in procedures were straight forward, although my daughter took care of that process, and access was quick and easy. It is close to everything and walking throughout the city was absolutely beautiful. Burgos is a wonderful, vibrant, and welcoming city. The people are so friendly and happy! The summer weather was amazing as well. I highly recommend visiting Burgos and walking the beautiful……
