All rooms offer beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean/Sierra Laguna Mountains with amazing sunsets and beautiful night views of the city lights. CPR features; large infinity edge pool, 2 fire pits (coming soon), 2 jacuzzis, fitness center (coming soon), large sunbathing deck and free underground parking. Located adjacent to the 2nd entrance gate of Quivira & only 1.5 miles to the marina (100 peso Uber ride).
Note: While there is minimal construction going on near the pool, the work is on the other end of the community and has no impact on this particular residence. In addition, the owner has upgraded all windows with anti noise and hurricane grade features. Enjoy nothing but peace and quiet while on your vacation. Work to be completed by December, 2025.
Guests have access to the pool and Jacuzzis on property. Guests also have access to Quivira and can move freely within the community. There are multiple food consumption centers, including The Market at Quivira and the Steakhouse. Beach Access (not to swim due to strong currents), Thursday organic market, Amakiri and other events are also included with your stay.

The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into one king size bed. Water filtration throughout condo with 2 filters in the kitchen so no need to buy water. We encourage reusable water bottles.
