Best bachelorette trip ever!!!

The house was perfect! Each bedroom has a private bath making the stay with 12 girls so wonderful. The house was tidy, clean and huge pool with an amazing view, and great amenities on the property (pickleball courts, daily cleaning).

WOW!

This place was incredible for me and my friends, the pictures lived up to the expectations. The pool being heated was a highlight for and the concierge and entire team was so helpful and responsive during the process. Will def be coming back!!!

Amazing stay in Cabo!

My friends and I enjoyed this amazing house in Cabo! The host and Villa Kanga services were easy to communicate with and made all the planning like transportation and chef dinner at the house a breeze to plan! The pool and the roof top were amazing to hang out in. I recommend this house!

Great Location

Our youngest son was getting married at the Gran Solmar, so family and friends rented Villa Kanga for the week. It was in a great location for us. Fifteen minute walk to Gran Solmar and only 5-10 minutes to the marina. Ten of us stayed in the house and it was very comfortable. However, I would suggest to the owners, maybe a furniture upgrade in the family room sometime in the future.

Family Fun & Relaxation!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Pedegral property. It was close to all the activities we wanted to participate in and an easy walk to delicious bakeries and coffee. The house was spacious and easy care for a large group with a variety of ages - the pool was used ALOT! It offered us all a wonderful Mexico experience!

Great House & Location

We enjoyed our time at this home. The location is central and easy, the property matched what was presented in the photos and the communication with the property owner was on point. There were a few maintenance issues, but they were addressed and resolved in a timely way. We'd return and enjoy again.

40th birthday w couples

40th birthday party for my boyfriend with all of our closest friends. The home was absolutely beautiful, very open and spacious for everyone. The indoor outdoor living was perfect for us. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. We loved that we could easily walk to the marina at night or catch a quick cab to downtown if needed. Would absolutely stay there again!!

Great place! HOA strict!

Wonderful place, clean great communication. Only problem is listing says there’s no noise restrictions until 10 pm, However, we got a noise complete from the HOA at 8 PM when we were just hanging outside having dinner! Other than that, everything was amazing and we had a wonderful time would definitely come back!

Most memorable stay!

I booked this villa for my friends and I to celebrate my 50th birthday. The villa was absolutely beautiful! Do not hesitate to book this property. Spacious, peaceful, and very well kept. Perfect location in Pedregal. Close to everything. The host went above and beyond my expectations. Very attentive and periodically checked in with me to make sure if I needed anything. The concierge also was very helpful in organizing activities and set up personal chef experiences which was absolutely amazing and delicious. This entire team was excellent! Can’t wait to return.

Incredible House!

We recently came with a group of couples for a friends 40th Birthday. The house was absolutely perfect. It was a very short distance to the Marina & nightlife. The pool, living room & kitchen were open concept and great for entertaining. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We enjoyed evenings on the rooftop by the fire. We used the Chef service one night and the meal was delicious. There’s a little market at the end of the gates for easy food items during the week. We would definitely stay here again if we came back.

The perfect Cabo get-away

This house was incredible. The infinity pool had a gorgeous view of the town and ocean, the living area was so spacious, all of the rooms had their own bathroom, it easily fit our group of 12 and we could have had more! The downstairs outdoor garden area was very tranquil because you can hear the sound of the water falling from the pool and it was the perfect spot for a private yoga class and massages! The swim up bar at the pool was so fun and the kitchen had everything we needed! The concierge and host were so helpful in setting up groceries, private chef, transportation and spa services for us. Our group cannot wait to return in the future!

Our stay at this property was overall delightful! The space was ample, comfortably accommodating our group. The pool was a definite highlight—large and perfect for cooling off. The property management team was extremely helpful, responding promptly to any queries. The security gate added a sense of safety, and the marina being just a short walk away was a major convenience. The only downside was having to wait for a few hours in the morning while the pool maintenance was completed. Despite this, our experience remained very positive and enjoyable. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing and secure vacation!

Great location

The property is really nice and it has an unbeatable location, close to the Marina and shops. Some of the rooms need a bit of improvement, but overall it was really good. The property manager/concierge was unresponsive, even before arriving in Cabo. Another manager checked us in but she was not 100% sure about amenities and property details. On site we got help from Carlos (the property’s handy man) who is amazing and always happy to help. The last 2 days (new year's eve) the neighbors were very noisy, loud music until 3-4 am; hopefully they were renters like us and wont live there permanently

Beautiful property

Our group of 13 fit perfectly in Villa Kanga. We all had such a wonderful time, and our concierge Mary was super easy to get in contact with when we needed. The house and all outdoor areas are stunning, and even bigger looking than in photos. Sun all day out on the pool deck, with a nice breeze that comes through the outdoor dining area. And a lovely beach just a walk away. We did have a couple issues come up, occasionally the toilets could be a bit finicky to start, and the water throughout the house would shut off in the middle of the night for a while. There was also only one set of keys for our whole group which could be a bit tricky when we wanted to split up in the day. However, we still absolutely recommend staying here, it’s incredible!

Gorgeous villa! Would definitely stay again!

This is a gorgeous villa! I stayed here with 6 other girls and we felt completely safe and had the absolute best time. The owner of the house is very friendly and polite - he checked in often to ensure we were doing ok. The property manager is also wonderful. She greeted us upon arrival with margaritas and helped us schedule rides for the airport and setup a chef dinner. The house was very clean and spacious. We all had our own beds and there were plenty of bathrooms. The house was exactly as pictured. The neighborhood felt very safe - We ubered everywhere and liked that the guard shack in the neighborhood would keep the driver’s ID as they entered to pick us up and return their ID on their way out, so they always knew who was in the neighborhood. It was a nice level of security that we really enjoyed. The villa is very conveniently located near lots of great restaurants and bars, as well as the marina. We were able to walk to our boat ride. There are convenience stores nearby and Walmart is a few minutes away I would absolutely stay here again!

Review of villa kanga

Over all was a BEAUTIFUL house!!! Ben and Nolelkys were sooooo nice and responsive. I did have trouble communicating with the concierge and the services she offered (chef, bartender, transportation, etc) were extremely pricey compared to other companies in Cabo which led to me having to book everything on my own, (kinda felt like I was my own concerige service). The communication from the concerige was severely lacking, but the host and Noelkey’s were extremely responsive and helpful with everything! Lorena was mainly the only reason I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The bedrooms and bathrooms and location and cleanliness of the house were perfect though! If you plan on needing a lot of conceriege assistance I would maybe look elsewhere, but if you are just looking for a beautiful perfect house this is for sure the place to stay!
