“Nice location, great view of the pool and ocean. Much needed getaway; it rained almost the whole time but we enjoyed our time indoors with games, snacks, and drinks! The condo is welcoming and nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable and the updates are great! Rick was very communicative with plenty of tips and helpful info, made it easy to reach him if we needed. One suggestion I would make is to reverse the door on the fridge, it's annoying to open against the wall. We had dinner the first……

“The location is pretty good. It’s only a 4min walk to the beach. The house has some issues but overall is decent. There’s a leak in the master bedroom. There was a very big rainstorm and rain started to leak into the one front window and drip consistently throughout the night causing me and and wife to have to sleep in the living room. The cleaning service is pretty terrible. The place had some very noticeable dirty areas. The remotes needed batteries, the blinds in every room are broken and……

“The studio was very cute and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and in good condition. We really like the privacy aspect of the entrance and area outside to relax. It was a nice little spot that was an easy walking distance to the beach. We biked to Duck in just a few minutes. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this spot for a couple on a budget beach vacation.”

We had to call maintenance twice (5 day stay), the king bed was hard as a rock, no extra pillows and it was pretty outdated. The AC worked though! “OMG I can't say enough good about this property. Beautiful location, great amenities (beach, picnic area, gentle horses and donkeys). Soft beds. Very nice bed linen, fully stocked kitchen, deck with very nice furniture. The owner responded immediately to my comments and allowed me to stay 2 hrs past check-out time.
