“The Sanderling is a nice resort. It sits on the beach and has a great view of the sun rise in the mornings. The staff is very friendly. They will happily setup chairs and umbrellas on the beach for you. The resort is a bit dated. The fencing around the property is aged. The room was very nice and clean. There are a lot of dead bugs and spiders everywhere. The balcony sliding door has dead bugs in the slider which could use a clean up. We did not use the amenities like the pool, hot tub, or gym.……

“Clean”

“ yes”

“Nice staff, great location, but the place is full of mosquitos, all kinds of bugs, and even snake... Can't feel the safety after seeing that and checked out quickly... ”

“The room was clean, well stocked with towels and toiletries. Perfect for our needs for a long weekend and the dog! We have a big one BTW. Easy access to the beach and not far off the main drag when you want to go out. If you’re looking for a simple reasonably priced room it’s worth checking this place out. We’d stay again”

“The location was great! It's right on the beach with private access and close to all attractions and restaurants we wanted to visit. The indoor pool and spa were a nice additon since the weather was in the mid 60's during our stay. The included breakfast was very good with above average selections of hot and cold options.”

“Good location. Pricing fair. Staff extremely helpful and kind. Rooms are really dated and need renovation.”

“Nice hotel right on the beach. Sheena at the front desk gave me excellent service, let me check in early and immediately addressed and fixed one issue that I had. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Loved that there was a continental breakfast included as well as an evening wine and snacks provided. Perfect location for beach access. Only suggestion I would have is having beach chairs and a pool shade umbrella - even for a fee. We flew in and rented a car so had to go out and purchase beach chairs”
