Casa Más Ambros with infinity pool

The Mas Ambros house is a two-story house with a maximum capacity of 24 people, it has gardens with an infinity pool, barbecue, and chill-out area. With an 800m2 land and 320 m2 of housing, it is perfect to enjoy your family gatherings or friends.

Located in a quiet urbanization with beautiful views of the mountains and the sea, near the best beaches, specifically 3 kilometers from the beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge, on the Costa Barava, 2 minutes by car from the center of the town, and a foot of mountain
In the surroundings you can enjoy a large number of outdoor activities, leisure, local culture, and a rich gastronomy of km 0.

DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE:

Low level:

On the outside of the house we find:
Small parking area for two or three vehicles.
Small outdoor green areas.
Stairs that give access to the main garden.
Main garden with infinity pool.
Porch with barbecue and dining area.

Inside we find:
A hall with access to the rooms and the upper floor.
A small cleaning, laundry and refrigeration storage area.
A room with capacity for up to 6 people. (1 bunk bed with two beds of 90 x 190, and up to 4 beds of 90 x 200).
A room with capacity for up to 4 people and direct access to the garden areas. (Up to 4 beds of 90 x 200).
A double room with direct access to the outdoor areas. (1 bed of 150 x 200).
A double room with direct access to the outdoor areas. (2 beds of 90 x 200).
A room with capacity for up to 3 people with a private bathroom with shower and direct access to the outdoor areas. (Up to 3 beds of 90 x 200).
A bathroom with a shower.
A bathroom with a bathtub.

Upper floor:

Inside the upper floor we find:
A kitchen, dining room and large living room with a semi-open area.
Large balcony with dining area.
Small balcony with access to the main garden.
Bathroom with shower.
Double room. (1 bed of 150 x 200).
Double room with access to the rear garden. (2 beds of 90 x 200).
Double room with balcony, and private bathroom with shower. (1 bed of 150 x 200).

On the outside it has:
Back garden.
Upper garden with chill out area and small dining area.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, television, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerators, freezers, drinks refrigerator, French coffee maker, espresso maker, Italian coffee maker, dishwasher, pots, pans, kitchenware for 24 people, mixer, water heater, high chair for children over one year old, crib for children up to 2 years old, heating, air conditioning, and wifi.

THE FOLLOWING EXTRAS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, but you can contract with the property:

·Final cleaning: €275/ 15 maximum hours of work (You can hire it with us or do it yourself)
·Sheets and shower towels: €15 2 nights / €20 +2 nights (Price per person) You can hire them with us or bring them yourselves)
·Pets: €40 for the total stay of each pet (It is mandatory to hire when pets are staying)

House rules
-Final cleaning is mandatory, the house must be left clean and tidy as it was found. (you can contract it with the property)
-The use of sheets is mandatory. (You can contract them with the property)
-Garbage is deposited in the recycling containers at the entrance to the premises. -It must be recycled according to European regulations.
-Outside music is not allowed and outside sound in general is allowed from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. by municipal regulations.
-Before bathing in the pool, you must take a shower and completely remove the body cream.
-Only charcoal can be used on the outdoor barbecue, not firewood.
-Only the number of people for which the rental is made, or agreed with the property, is allowed.
-The use of small plastics or the abandonment of garbage outside is prohibited. (Ex: confetti, artificial petals, cigarette butts...)
-You must communicate any type of event and pet stay.
-They must make civic use of supplies, housing, the environment and respect the rest and tranquility of the neighbors.
-Departure times must be respected. (before 10:00 a.m.)
-Any type of damage caused must be reported.
-You cannot access the different areas of the roof.
-You can only throw dry toilet paper in the toilets.
-Smoking is prohibited inside the home.
-Charging of electric cars is not allowed inside the property. (video-monitored parking)

Failure to comply with the rules entails monetary sanctions, and eviction from the home if the owners or the police find it necessary.
On the day of arrival you must pay:
-Tourist tax: €2 per person per night over 16 years old.
- Deposit for possible damages: €500 can only be paid by card.
- Any extra you want to hire.
-Any remaining payment of the rent if this has been agreed before.
