"The property is fun and full of activities for adults and children. Management is willing to listen to your concerns and support you if you have any issues, specially Ibrahim from guest relations. The SPA is also worth visiting, they are cool and professional, and George will be happy to help. The food options are very good and there is a lot of varieties.
It was a cool trip and we have enjoyed and we recommend it as a family.

"The hotel is beautiful and located in a lovely area, but the food is very poor and absolutely not suitable for children. There is very little food choice for kids.
One of the higher-ranking staff members (Murat) was very rude and treated guests unpleasantly.
There is almost no entertainment at the hotel – during our 9-day stay, there were concerts on the pier only 3 evenings, and in my opinion, that was just because there were many Turkish guests at the time.

"I would stay here again, we stayed for my sons birthday, messaged hotel befpre hand and were told on arrival all would be fine, we arrived, reception were rude, especially manageress, she wasnt helpful, the hotel is dated, and the family room we booked and paid for had room just for bed, no room to actually walk to the other side of the room.
