“We had a a wonderful 4day stay! Beautiful, spaceful, clean and well equipped house with giant glass windows all over the oceanfront wall. Community is very safe. Stunning views over Pacific. The kitchen is well equipped and we preferred to cook at home. Communication with the manager was super easy via whatsapp. Thank you, we will defnitely come back!”

“We enjoyed our stay and the house was very clean . We had a few problems that the owner addressed quickly like when the air conditioner broke they fixed it. The manger of property was awesome but the house needs some serious updating, everything metal was covered in rust and cracks in ceilings, walls and the smell of gas from appliances was bad enough to get headaches. The TV was broken, allegedly taken from the neighbors trash can some years ago....but the property manager Jim helped everytime……

“The club house, dinning room was some distance from the hotel, if you didn’t have a car you had to ask for a ride, not always available. Someone always gave you a golf cart ride sometime.”

“Older property, in a dark area with little light. The lobby receptionist was pleasant. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist. However, the property's location was poorly lit and outdated. Stay included breakfast from 6 -10 AM, but because their cook had to go to another job, breakfast was from 7-8 AM. ”

“Really easy to find, desk staff spoke English enough to make check in easy. She was very friendly, informative, and helpful. They have a secure parking lot, which gave me piece of mind seeing I had just purchased a new car hours before arrival. ”

“The rooms are clean and comfortable; Wi-Fi worked well and there was hot water in the shower. I had prepaid with Expedia, but I was asked to pay again in cash at check-in. With my limited Spanish I was able to show my receipt and that was sufficient. The key fob is huge; the idea being that you will hand in your key if you leave the property rather than take it with you. That way they can control access to who is coming and going. It was a nice one night stay. ”
