This hotel is ideally located on Copacabana beach. It is modern in design. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there were no iron or ironing boards! This was a complete surprise as despite being a seasoned traveller, I have never come across this, certainly not in a hotel of this calibre. Also, in the room, the coffee facilities were there, but the pods were chargeable! When you are paying to stay in a suite, I would have expected them to be free.
