It is a functional clean space. There isn't a lot of elbow room in the shower, but it was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows need to be updated...they have lost their fluff. It was extremely hot when we were there, but the air conditioner kept the room nice and cool. It is very clean and superbly located to food, shopping, and other attractions within walking distance. My son and I met halfway to hike Palo Duro and had a wonderful weekend. This listing accepts dogs, so we were overjoyed. I wish we had known the size of the futon, though... while we found everything else in the online listing is accurate... I wish we knew that the futon is very, very small. If you are over 5'2" or so, you cannot fit on the futon. It would be perfect for small children but my son is 5'10", so we had a dilemma. We worked it out but it wasn't optimal. I do recommend this listing. The owner, Clarisha, is very personable and responsive.
