Outside, guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool, Braai area by the
pool and other exciting on-site activities like tennis, putt-putt,
squash and playground for children.
The property boasts two charming bedrooms. The main bedroom is
furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom features one
single bed and a ¾ bed. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub,
washbasin with vanity, and a toilet. Linen and towels are provided with
your stay.

Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 137 Big Bay Beach Club , Sumatra Ave, Big Bay, Cape Town, 7441.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
