Car Rental Brighton

There's lots on offer in Brighton, but head farther afield and you'll find even more magic. Rent a set of wheels and you can wander around the surrounding area at your leisure. Add these awesome places to your to-do list:

• Head off to Monarto for a fantastic sightseeing adventure. About 35 miles from Brighton, it's home to loads of inspiring attractions, including Monarto Zoo.
• Your next pit stop? It has to be Tanunda, which is around 40 miles away. Chateau Tanunda is one local draw card you really shouldn't miss.
• Get out into the great outdoors and take in the serenity at Long Beach. It's approximately 160 miles from Brighton.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in Australia, then you may need to get an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence to be allowed to rent a car. You should also note that if you do need an IDP, it has no validity on its own. You'll need to show your current license your passport and other forms of documentation as well. Lastly, make sure the credit card used to book the rental vehicle matches the name on your license and passport. Some other things to note for international car rentals are:

• Age restrictions: You must be at least 25 in many countries to rent a car. If you're younger than that, it may still be possible to rent a car but you'll have to pay a Young Driver's Surcharge. Additional restrictions may also apply to the types of vehicles you can rent.
• Driving limitations: Be sure to read the fine print before driving away. You typically can't cross country borders, drive onto ferries or off road with your rental car.
