Car Rental Cluster 11-11-11

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in Mexico, then you may need to acquire an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence in order to rent a car. Also consider that if you do need an IDP, it has no validity on its own. You'll need to show your driver's license from your home country your passport and other forms of identification as well. Lastly, make sure the credit card you used to book the rental matches the name on your driver's license and passport. Some other requirements for international car rentals are:
