Car Rental Longtan District

There are lots of things to see and do in Longtan District, but head farther afield and you'll find more sightseeing magic. Arrange a set of wheels and you can wander around the surrounding region at your own speed. Add these awesome places to your itinerary:

• Head to Changchun for an excellent sightseeing adventure. Around 50 miles from Longtan District, it has many cool attractions, including Changchun City Stadium.
• Roughly 35 miles away, Jilin is also a favorite with wanderers. Set aside time to get to Beidahu Ski Area while you're in town. It's one of the reasons people love visiting this thriving city.
• Get out into the great outdoors and inhale the fresh air at Changbai Shan Nature Reserve. You'll find it around 160 miles from Longtan District.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in China, then it's likely you'll need to acquire an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your home country to be allowed to rent a car. You should also note that if you do need an IDP, it has no validity on its own. You'll have to show your current driver's license your passport and other forms of documentation as well. Lastly, make sure the credit card you used to book the rental vehicle matches the name on your driver's license and passport. Some added requirements for international car rentals are:

• Age restrictions: You need to be 25 or older in many countries to rent a car. If you're younger than that, it might still be possible to rent a car but you'll have to pay a Young Driver's Surcharge. Additional restrictions may also apply to the types of cars you can rent.
• Driving limitations: Make sure you read the fine print before you drive away. Usually, you can't cross country borders, drive onto ferries or off road with your rental car.
