Car Rental Yongning

After you've covered all the amazing places in Yongning, there's more to see in the surrounding area. Collect the keys to a rental car, pack your bags in the trunk and get going. These are some road trips we know you'll enjoy:

• Chongqing is roughly 85 miles from Yongning. Popular tourist spots like Great Hall of the People deserve to be at the top of your list while you're in town.
• Located 45 miles away, Yongchuan is also a favorite with travelers. Be sure to check out Wangxian Park while you're here. It's one of the reasons people love visiting this buzzing city.
• Head to Qiangling Shan Park for a day out in nature. Take a picnic to enjoy or just sit and unwind. From Yongning, it's approximately 170 miles away.

If you don't have a driver's license issued in China, then you'll likely need to get an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your home country in order to rent a car. It's also important to note that if you do need an IDP, it has no validity on its own. You'll need to show your current driver's license your passport and other forms of identification as well. Lastly, it's important that the credit card used to book the rental vehicle matches the name on your license and passport. Some additional requirements to rent a car internationally are:

• Age restrictions: You need to be 25 or older in most places to rent a car. If you're younger than that, it may still be possible to rent a car but you'll have to pay a Young Driver's Surcharge. Additional restrictions may also apply to what kinds of cars you can rent.
• Driving limitations: Be sure to read the rules and regulations before sliding behind the wheel. You typically can't cross country borders, drive onto ferries or on certain types of rugged terrain with your rental car.
