I usually don’t rate hotels but had to make an exception. This was a bad experience. The faucet in the bathroom sprayed you with water and had a distinct sewer gas smell. The side drain was absolutely filthy. The toilet was very low and the bed was very high. I overheard other women complaining about having a hard time getting in bed. The Wi-Fi password was a male incontinence device. You just can’t make this stuff up. Definitely should not be a Holiday Inn Express unless their standards have plummeted.

The staff were nice; front desk and morning breakfast attendant. Beds and pillows clean and very comfy! Breakfast ok, nice variety of foods, good coffee. Unfortunately, the hot tub was a cool temp, couldn’t use it and not completely filled with water. The pool area could use brighter lighting. The hotel itself could use some updating in general, new carpets and painting. It’s very convenient right off the freeway. Alittle noisy with freeway traffic but not enough to interfere with sleep. I may consider a different hotel in the future, but would stay here again

It's dirty both in the rooms and in the common areas. Mildew in sinks, hair in shower. Hallways and carpets had not been vacuumed anytime recently.

Comfortable hotel for a quick overnight stay. The hotel and rooms appeared a bit dated. One of our kids found a old pair of socks in a drawer. Staff were nice. Location was right off the highway. Hot tub worked fine, but pool was pretty chilly. In a pinch we would stay there again.

Caprets and walls had various stains. Sheets had stains. Bathroom had a used rag in it, pretty sure the room had not been cleaned completely. The breakfast, which was free, but subpar for free. The coffee was weak.

Keys didn't work on first try but staff fixed that promptly. The new keys never worked for the pool entrance. Shower leaked over the floor. Staff provided extra towels to absorb this water and recognized that this room had an ongoing problem. Pledged to have it repaired. We'll see. Overall, a decent experience.

I loved the staff. They went above and beyond every single day I had to stay here during an extended stay due to moving from a home to an apartment that was not ready yet. I really especially appreciated being morning breakfast lady Amira who is so kind and so polite and was willing to carry my food up as I am disabled and was willing to do anything necessary to make my breakfast experience more pleasant. She kept the breakfast area spotless and safe and I felt very comfortable everyday with my free breakfast. The workers as far as the cleaning stop and the people behind the desk we're always so polite to me and my baby I will never be able to thank them enough for making such a troubling time for both of us so pleasant and welcome. This is also a safe place to be there is no funny business going on inside this hotel at all. The parking lot is safe your vehicles are safe and your person is safe at this facility. I would like to say this was my best experience ever at a hotel and I would not hesitate to recommend it highly to anyone looking for a safe pleasant place to be.

Definitely not the best kept hotel rooms. HVAC in our room would not consistently work, you had to cycle between heat and AC to get either one to work for more than 5 mins. The bed linens were stained upon arrival.

Was greeted by the desk clerk who only greeted me with hello, asked for my license and cc then did not say a word during check in. Not very friendly. The room was clean and tidy and was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast items at 7:30am were sparse with several items that were out. The hot table had no hot foods available except for some very dry eggs. The meat was never refilled. Settled for a bagel and yoghurt. The bagel was really stale. Coffee was weak. Ended up at the Ritters next door to get coffee. Overall a value but would not recommend the breakfast there.

Nice room and breakfast, could use more lighting outside and better upkeep. The jacuzzi wasn't working, exit door broken. The warm temperature was nice throughout the building on a cold day.

This hotel is filthy. The hallways are littered with debris on the floors. The floors in the room look like they haven’t been swept in days. It looks like someone ate food on the desk and there are crumbs. Plus, the smell of marihuana permeates everything. Stay away.

This was a stop-over, not a vacation stay. The Holiday Inn Express did the job for this just fine. It is very clean and the staff is friendly. Room was large and basic, with full-size shampoo in a moderate brand (Dove) that was bolted to the wall. Surprisingly generous breakfast with sausage, eggs, bacon and cereal was included in the price.

Staff seemed too busy on personal cell phone, bathroom was old and needed repair ie cracked sink, stained bathtub-shower and it wasn’t clean ( hair and used bandaid on floor. One drawer of console kept opening and I hit my shin on it. I hate giving bad reviews but I’ve only stayed in one hotel that was worse. Good marks on breakfast though.

Zero hot water from the sink or shower both night. Water ran out of the shower onto the bathroom floor the out into the actual room. The people at the desk told us they already knew about the issue and we should contact the 3rd party we booked with. They were no help and didn’t care.

Front desk staff and breakfast staff were great. Never saw any housekeeping staff and conditions in hotel show it. Rooms were clean and comfortable but a lot of things missed in last cleanup including wiping down flat surfaces for bathroom and counter areas. We stayed in this hotel several times in last few years and lack of housekeeping definitely starting to show. Hallway walls and carpets are trashed and need a cleanup. Hotel lobby floor was real dirty and so was lobby bathroom. We do alot of weekend stays and this hotel will not be in good shape much longer if they keep up in this direction. A little disappointed with the Holiday Inn Express chain on this one.
