Breakfast was too late for us to take advantage of it. Dirty floor in both elevators. No shampoo in the shower. Coffee pot in the room dirty, not cleaned. Telephone in the room dirty. Really needed an extra hour after an event and the graciously grantes us extended stay. We were out earlier than expected but that courtesy allowed us time to change after the event before hitting the road and was much appreciated!
