“Although remote, it was worth the drive to find it! So quiet and beautiful among the horse pastures and cornfields. We only used the main level which was perfect for the 3 of us including my 80 year old mother. If you don’t appreciate family history and vintage furnishings, you may be disappointed. It’s like staying at your grandma’s home and was perfect for us. Covered carport was very convenient as it was raining when we arrived.”

“The house is very warm and welcoming. The screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee. We had brunch on the deck under the pergola. We used both the grill and pizza oven on the stamped patio. Outstanding amenities!! Just be careful of the view of the lake. You may want to stay. ”

“Overall, the house is charming and we enjoyed the stay. My only concern is that I was informed a neighbor complained about marijuana smoke coming from the house which was not true. The email to me was very threatening in reference to consequences including a fine and cancellation. Then when I called the number I was told that the message was a blanket email to all of their renters. This was very disturbing to me since the accusation was completely false.”

“Lovely decor, great beds, everything we needed to cook basic meals, multiple coffee options in a quiet, gated, wooded neighborhood with nice neighborhood amenities. ”

“Cute little property on a quiet street. Location was good, easy to get to town and hiking. The house was nicely decorated, modern/farmhouse, inside was clean. The television needs updating; we could not even use the netflix app or cast from our devices since the TV was very outdated and the channels available were limited. We were not there to watch TV but at night it would have been nice. It also would have been nice if there was a "renter's manual" to tell you where things were in the house,……

“We stayed for the weekend just as a getaway and for a mudrun. This is a beautiful little setup if you like the country and not the fast paced city life. Food options are not that far of a drive 30 to 45 minutes or grill it yourself. Wanna just get lost on some old country roads? Just start driving and you will find you are in some beautiful farm country. Our 2 year old son loved waking up and seeing the horses feeding just feet away from the padio.”
