"Chambre spacieuse et très propre tout en marbre.Exellente literie confortable.Le personnel est souriant et accueillant meme au bar restaurant.Par contre etant côté rue,c est assez bruyant malgré les double vitrages.Ça s attenue ayant moins de voiture passante."

"It is a pleasure to write a review of Casa das Capelas. It is a large and beautiful, fully renovated, historical building, set in lovely grounds. My excellent room looked out over rolling countryside. So peaceful. And the owners were extremely hospitable. There is a great patio to have a glass of wine, meet a few locals and eat a light dinner. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area."

"It was an old hotel but clean. There is no reception desk so you have to go thru the bar to register and also thru the bar to get to your room. A bit different. The room was fine with the exception of one long pillow to be shared, not so comfortable and the bed was soft. For the price is was fine for one night."

"Check in was woeful!!!! Bar& kitchen staff were very helpful but remote check-in management did not work (unlike some other hotels that seem to know how to manage Wotif bookings). It took well over an hour to get the entry codes. And then thebroom heating did not work - and remote management could not get anyone to fix it (being a Sunday is no excuse). At leadt the shower was hot - we hadnt get warm somehow. I've been more comfortable camping!!"

"Al llegar, el lavabo estaba lleno de pelos. El agua de la ducha inundó el suelo del baño. Por la noche, a las 2 de la mañana, se oía a la gente de la habitación de al lado chillando. Almohada muy fina y cama no muy cómoda. Personal atento. Calidad-precio muy bien."
