68m2 apartment in the Politur area, 5 minutes from Cala Rovira and 10 minutes walk from the center of Platja dÂŽAro, where the main shops and services in the area are located. The apartment is completely renovated and perfectly equipped with everything you need to spend a beautiful holiday on the Costa Brava. It consists of 2 double bedrooms and a kitchen-living-dining room bathroom in a single environment and a large sunny chill out terrace. Clients have access to the swimming pool of the urbanization, located 2 meters away on foot.

TOURIST TAX NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. €1 per person and day up to 7 days from 16 years old.

Tout Ă©tait trĂšs bien mise Ă  part le parking auquel nous n’avons quasiment pas eu accĂšs. Le petit parking est bien fermĂ© mais il n’y a pas assez de place pour toute la rĂ©sidence donc nous n’avons quasi jamais pu mettre notre voiture en sĂ©curitĂ© ce qui est bien dommage !! Nous avons toujours trouvĂ© une place aux alentours nĂ©anmoins. Tout le reste Ă©tait trĂšs bien, proche de la plage Ă  pied, un peu plus Ă©loignĂ© de la grande rue commerçante pour le soir mais au moins les soirĂ©es et nuits sont calmes donc c’est trĂšs bien. L’accĂšs Ă  la piscine n’est pas trĂšs accueillant mais nous n’y avons pas Ă©tĂ© par contre le petit restau de la rĂ©sidence rend bien service. Je recommande.
