Great location for a couples getaway

We loved this property. We love to fish and there is a lot of water frontage. The property is beautiful and we loved the vintage look of the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful get away

Beautiful and Relaxing

The property and house is wonderful! My husband and I stayed for 4 days and had the most relaxing time. The house is perfect for the 2 of us but theres plenty of room for more. We will definitely book again in the future!

Private Romantic Getaway

The hot tub was our favorite. The sun sets over the lake and the stars at night were beautiful. We went during Christmas break and the weather was a little colder than we had hoped for, but it was still a wonderful getaway. I imagine it would also be great for a small family getaway in the summertime when you could get out on the water.

Best birthday in years!

The pictures online don’t do this property justice, peaceful place with stunning views. I will definitely stay here again and suggest to others. This weekend trip wasn’t long enough but well worth the relaxation.

Very relaxing

We had a wonderful time. Relaxing, enjoyed the hot tub, picnic by the lake, fishing were just a few things we did during our stay. We will be differently staying here again.

Great little getaway

Great stay as always, 2nd time at the lake house. It was great, my only complaint is the hot tub cover is water logged and weighs a couple of hundred pounds. Planning to go back in a few months.

Perfect family escape

Just what our family needed to relax, fish and enjoy nature. Views from the screened in porch, pier and yard were beautiful. Home was very clean and as pictured. Already planning another trip!

Lovely weekend

My husband and I rented this home for his 60th birthday weekend. We had a lovely time. The house is right on the lake, and we enjoyed fishing and kayaking. It was so peaceful and quiet. We saw several deer. We will definitely come again!

Anniversary/Birthday trip

House was absolutely what we needed for a weekend get away for our anniversary and my husbands birthday. The location on the lake was beautiful and the sunsets are breathtaking. Harvey is very attentive to any questions or needs. We will definitely stay here again!

Even better than advertised/pictured

Place was exactly what our family needed to wind down over fall break. Cozy house, hot tub, fire pit, and a dock for the kids to jump off of. (repeatedly) Quiet part of lake, with everything you could need within a 15 minute drive. Owner was great, and communicated well.

Beautiful

This is a wonderful property with amazing views. The house has a vintage feel and was very relaxing. The location on the lake was breathtaking. The water was clean, the property was clean, and we didnt want to leave. This is my new favorite vacation spot.

Weekend anniversary getaway

Beautiful property with a refreshing step back in time home. Very clean home, quite area tucked away in a cove. The owner was super nice and very helpful with places to go in the area. Check-in was smooth and effortless. The hot tub was the best part for me. We're already talking about going back!

Wonderful vacation home!

This property was perfect for our family of 4! Wonderful location on the water and a beautiful private dock to fish, jump, swim, or relax on. The hot tub was a nice addition to relax in also. Relaxing and Beautiful

We enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful location on Weiss Lake. The lot was amazing, we were able to enjoy fishing, walking the shore line, playing games, being lazy and watching TV. This home allowed us to leave our busy lives for a few days and enjoy the beauty of the landscape and a fabulous retro-style home. We will have to revisit in the summer no doubt!

Wonderful!

My husband is almost 89 (June) and we wanted a place we could visit with our 3 children and their spouses. They all live in the area and came during the day to be with us. We very much enjoyed the ambiance of the place. The view is breathtaking and it was a peaceful stay. Sweet memories were made. Boat get away

We booked this house with the plan of getting our boat out on the water. However, there was rain and thunderstorms most of the week we were there. Even with the rain we had a very relaxing and restful week. We were able to sit out on the porch and watch it rain and listen to the thunder. The hot tub was wonderful and exceptionally clean. The view of the lake was amazing. There are a lot of good restaurants to choose from with great food. We will definitely be booking this house again.

Wonderful

Exactly what we were looking for: a laid-back, quiet location for restorative downtime. Love the house. Just what a lake house should be -- cozy, clean, and most of all rustic and not fussy. Love the vintage furniture, decor, and very clean. Only constructive criticism is the large bed could be more comfy, but then I'm pretty persnickety about beds. Best thing about the place was the much-needed utter quiet this time of year. Also so much fun to drive around the surrounding mountains. We even went to a Cherokee County HS football game on a whim. Go Warriors!
