“Good deal for next to the lake. was good for a night sleep. Needed a little better maintenance to the room.”

Everything was so tidy and neat, WiFi worked great, the location of the cabin was perfect from my parents lake property (where we went to shoot fireworks and cookout). The cabin had everything we needed & the kitchenette was very nice and everything worked as it should (I do wish there was a toaster, but that's just a personal preference). “On our last 2 stays at this Avid, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I think it was a malfunction of the system and not an actual smoke detection. We were not able to get a good night’s rest. We won’t stay at this hotel again.”

“Very clean, thought we got a free breakfast but you don't, they had a bistro that sold food, kinda pricey and really nothing for preteens to eat, but we got the fancy Pizza and wings, which tasted good just kinda costly. Pool was small but clean, the were strict about kids swimming with no adult but it was 5 ft deep and the kids were 10 and 12, and grew up with a pool so they were kinda again, strict,.but other then that help was friendly.”

“Broken tiles with dirty build up in bathroom, poorly cut linoleum floors in the room, stained sheets, a/c loudly struggled to mildly work, and severely limited breakfast choices. It was very, very low budget. Unfortunately, I used all of my reward points on this hotel; very disappointed.”
