“The whole trip was amazing. The caving is comfy and clean. You couldn’t ask for a better view! The privacy and serenity the property provided exceeded my expectations. Also great location only minutes away from little River Canyon where there is a beautiful water fall and a great swimming hole for the family to enjoy also. Only a few miles from Desoto falls another great waterfall close to the cabin. I can’t find one bad thing to say about this trip or cabin. The cabin was adequately supplied...

“What a fantastic weekend in this adorable treehouse! It was perfect…we did some fishing and caught and released fish each day. The loft area was so cute! We had everything we needed and will definitely be back. P.s.-loved the pancake mix and electric skillet. Never even needed to eat out. ”

“This is a very cute cabin in the woods. The property is beautiful. If quiet and solitude is what you are looking for, this would be it. We wished that we could have stayed longer to enjoy it even more. If i should need to be in the area again, I would definately check on availability here.”

“The sugar shack was a great place to stay with my husband and daughter. Being right on the lake was amazing. It was just enough room for the three of us. The grill was in great condition, we grilled out each night of our stay. I think it’s important for anyone staying here knows that getting to the house from the top of the driveway and getting down to the lake could be challenging if you have any mobility issues. The path leading to the house and dock is downhill and somewhat challenging, with...

“The house is very cute little place for a stay on the lake. The bedroom with 2 beds had several dead bugs along the wall, maybe just need cleaned a little better. Overall house was very cute. There are, I believe, 62 steps down to the dock, where the kids lived jumping off and enjoying the water. Thank you for having us. Loved the painting on the dining room wall. Best view around. ”

It was hot and humid, but the breeze on the front porch while swinging and rocking was nice, and locals waving as they drove by. Matt was very quick to respond to all messages. “I was a bit concerned with the neighborhood. It was a bit rundown and construction was going on, but the house was great.The construction is a good sign that things are improving in that area. It was very welcoming and everything we needed was available. We especially liked the Christmas tree and decorations. Firewood was provided for the firepit, which we enjoyed. We thoroughly loved our little Christmas getaway. ”

“We have stayed here multiple times. The host is excellent. House is always clean and fully equipped. Convenient, but secluded. You won't be disappointed in this cozy cabin. ”

“Overall, our cabin was very nice and had everything we needed. Everything was super clean. This is tucked up in the woods with a couple of other small cabins. The bathroom and bathhouse is a little bit of a walk and not attached to the main sleeping place, but it was still perfect for our needs this weekend.”
