“This place is updated with a contemporary design and modern amenities. It is clean and comes with 2 parking spaces. We were a group of 5 adults and were very comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was great! Access to the beach and food places were right across the street. Adriatic Sea is beautiful and beaches are deep/wide with soft, “walkable in bare feet sand”. Visited in October so did not experience the crowds of summer. We used it as a base to get to other towns in Abruzzo that our grandparents……

“Our family loved staying at Asso Asso in Guardiagrele. The location is right within town and a short walk from the historical village center, as well as the local grocery store. The apartment has parking available on the street making access by car just a few steps from your door. The apartment itself is upgraded with modern amenities and is well equipped for you to spend plenty of time relaxing after a day of exploring the village or surrounding areas. Overall out family loved staying here and……

“We hebben genoten van het nieuwe, ruime en comfortabele appartement. Alles was aanwezig. Het appartement beschikt ook over een ruim terras met zon van 's morgens tot 's avonds. In de nabijheid vind je heel veel restaurants, warenhuizen en openbaar vervoer. Op wandelafstand van de zee. Heel vriendelijke uitbaters.Wij komen zeker terug!”

“Quaint fully renovated home in the “Town of a murals!” We only stayed two nights but would stayed more if I could and hope to stay there again in the future. The centre of town has an historic church with amazing murals on the walls and ceilings. Local bar makes great cappuccino and pastries.”

“This was an outstanding property. I would highly recommend it to couples or families. The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem! ”
