“Als Erstes wurde uns ein Zimmer mit Fenster zum AC-Schacht, defekter Dusche und defektem TV gegeben (gebucht war ein Meerblickzimmer mit Balkon). Am nächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer auf unsere Beschwerde hin getauscht. In diesem Zimmer (mit Balkon, dieser aber ohne Möbel) gab es eine defekte Klimaanlage, aber einen Ventilator, der uns ins Zimmer gestellt wurde. Die Badezimmertür ging nicht zu, die Zimmertür nur mit Gewalt. Das Fliegengitter vor dem Balkon war nur angelehnt und konnte daher seinem……
“house is still a construction side, even if you know, that water is scarce there, the installation of the whole water distribution system is not finished. actually no water availabe, to take even a cold water shower,water for toilet flushing only in a barrel , to be taken out by hand.

“The room was small but I didn't mind that. the problem I had with the hotel was that the television only has one channel for the time being or you can watch is channel which is very irritating. the second thing which was even worse was the refrigerator done was not working and I put items in there and when I went to take it out it was all all warm.
