"Excellent hotel to stay in close to the airport. My 3rd time staying at this hotel. Check-in is super easy. Great airport pick up & return for free. The hotel staff is very well organized. My room was super nice - big room, very comfortable bed - very clean room & hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Great varieties of fresh food. I will use this hotel again."

"Hotel has some pro and cons. The hotel is beautifully designed, but the bedding is not the most comfortable compared to many 5 star resorts out there. They had a shuttle that takes customers to the BTS station, but it's better if you book one that is within walking distance to a BTS starion. Staff and service was great. Would not stay here again due to location. "
