"Nous avons été très déçus d'apprendre en arrivant à l'hôtel après 5h30 de route sans s'arrêter pour arriver à l'heure que notre massage en duo réservé en début de semaine n'était pas réalisable puisqu'il n'y avait qu'une seule praticienne. "Unfortunately scaffolding round building- in dact wondered if hotel shut. Once inside- pleasant decoration. Friendly staff. Bedrooms had no extras but had been8 newly refurbished and bathroom had top quality porcelain. Nice sheets. Good breakfast. Water always available in lobby. Handy for staation and old town. No kettle in bedroom."

"Guests are not allowed to use the refrigerator; if you want to use it, you have to pay 10 euros. I paid 250 euros per room per night. The minibar is off-limits; if you want to eat anything, you have to pay a 100 euro deposit. Most five-star hotels include this in the room rate. When I asked if they could remove items from the refrigerator so I could store yogurt and medicine, the hotel said they could, but I would have to pay an extra 10 euros. The room was very old. The air conditioning didn't work; I asked the hotel to fix it, but they sent a fan instead. The curtains wouldn't open. When showering, the hot water suddenly turned cold. This is a five-star hotel? It doesn't deserve five stars; two stars would suffice. I feel terrible; it was a really bad experience."

"Rooms are nice but a bit spartan. The gym is very well equipped and the pool and saunas are very nice and inviting. Had drinks at the bar with Bartender Jean who is excellent and made our stay personable and fun. Breakfast buffet was awesome, made it hard to choose from so many delicious items. Had a great time and definitely recommend! Thank you Athena! "
