This spacious and bright 43sqm T1 apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator of a quiet and secure residence in the center of Chatillon-sur-Seine, close to many sites to discover.
It is composed of a room of life of 23m2, a kitchen of 12m2 and a room of bath / toilet.
Free and shaded parking in front of the residence.
Bakeries, restaurants and other shops nearby.
