"This hotel is a bit out of the way and their speciality is holding events. The staff are fantastic, very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The kitchen produces high quality, delicious food.The property is spacious with a nice swimming pool and surrounding area including, the bar, a club, cabanas. "Manager and staff are lovely. Rooms not up standard, fridge not working, there was no facilities for tea/coffee in room.breakfast very poor, no choice, eggs. We had to go to another building for breakfast as it was not cooked on premises, so had to wait a long time. Asked for our clothes to be washed, they were taken from dryer and just tossed into the bag, crushed and unfolded.
Having said all that, they have now start to upgrade the hotel.

"I liked the property. From the outside, it didn’t look that attractive but once we got inside, it was a wow! factor……very clean, with everything we needed on site.
The most amazing was the welcome. Our host, called Elther, gave us a very warm welcome. She showed us around, helped us set up the internet on our devices and insisted we could call her any time of the day if we needed anything. She would also text every day asking if we were okay………that is what you call excellent customer.
