Newly renovated, great hot breakfast, and laundering facilities were all things I really appreciated. Also the staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

Room was nice, Location in the town was good. Walking distance to everything. We had a multiple bed suite room which was perfect for our family. 1 king and 2 x queens. Little disappointing that the main room was right beside the elevator and directly over the front doors to the entrance so you heard everything.

The room itself was great however a couple of items we were not happy with. First the guest laundry. There was 1 washer and 1 dryer which was ok but trying to dry a full load of washing took 3 hours. Don’t think the dryer was able to do high heat. Our other issue was with the inclusive breakfast. We stayed 3 nights - first morning there was scrambled eggs, sausages and bread, bagels etc. second morning there was no hot food apart from oatmeal and the third morning there was only sausages - no consistency and on top of that there was no apple juice. An employee said they were out of it - again! If they offer an inclusive breakfast at least make sure it’s done right

The room was great until we left the room for good and I always check under the bed to make sure nothing rolled under. I looked in the bedframe it was to the carpet, but when you moved the comforter that hits the floor —dustballs, I hope you can understand what I saw
