"Very beautiful and comfortable suite with personal pool. This has a small kitchen but has no plates, bowls, eating or cooking utensils? Should at least have bottle opener/cork screw for romatic drinks. This is good for secluded retreat. Not good area if you want to walk and shop and eat and drink. Nowhere to walk to. Last morning water too low to take shower??? I think isolated event. Not normal. Very nice place to stay for seclusion and romance."

"We had a wonderful stay at Vdara. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and our favorite part was the fresh fruit. Swimming pool was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful also taking care of arranging transportation from the airport and around the area.
Thank you for the wonderful stay"

"Guest host Garrit went over and beyond with hospitality. Love the property and even the location: close enough to but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. "

"Although the property is older, its well maintained. The breakfast options are minimal, but still a plus. A shopping mall, various dining options and grocery store within a 5 minute walking distance. GRAB app for your transportation needs is very easy to maneuver and understand. We didn't find an issue with the language as many folks spoke enough English to communicate. Highly recommend this property"
"Cheap price but many others that are cheaper still provide 2 bottles of water daily, offer to clean your room (or at least take out your trash) and have clean (white) towels. Front desk workers were never at the desk, always had to wait & they played music so loud at 23:00 that I honestly thought it was rude tourists not the staff!!!!"
"There was no maid service the whole time we were there. There was no stocked minibar. The restaurant/coffee cafe is like a school cafeteria and the table and seat coverings were filthy. There were ants on the breakfast buffet as well as in our room. If convenience store means three kinds of chips, peanuts, soda, beer and a basket of plastic razors; then yes, they did have that. It was right there in the cafeteria. Also, it was out in the middle of nowhere on a road not pedestrian friendly, so there was no escaping the lack of services without calling Grab. Plus we had just stayed at the Intercontinental in Bangkok for only $60 more a night. This property is completely misrepresented. Today they texted us saying we left owing $26 and wanted our banking information? We assumed they would charge incidentals to our card - but I guess international hotels work differently? Anyway, my husband just left to mail them the cash, but good grief! A horrible experience, and seriously I am not that picky! I didn’t mention the mosquitoes because I can understand it’s not really the fault of the hotel, but there were plenty of them (there were more ants) hopefully, not the malaria ones..lol Travelocity certainly owes me some sort of explanation of how this property is on their site.
