This is by far the worst Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom had hair on the disposable cups, a big glob of conditioner was on the wall, no hot water. Whatever carpet freshner they are using is too strong. Finally the key card barely worked. The front desk told me the batteries are likely low on the door lock and to jiggle the key quickly. Close this place down or get new management!!!!

There were kids running around just outside the door in 3 rd floor that started around 11pm and went on till 03:30am. I complained to the front desk and there not much of a use. Worst place and what a waste of money

the expedia description when i made the reservation said was a free breakfast. when i showed up for breakfast, they were charging $14.95, unless you had a voucher of some kind. going to to the front desk, explaining the website offering, they were unmovable on the issue. getting breakfast any other way, involved walking to a gas station 7/11. pointing out the website entry. they said "that's expedia;'s problem"

My stay was good but there were a few things to note. First, when we checked my daughter said one of her pillows smelled awful so we put it on the floor during our stay. Second, I asked for more towels from the housekeeper and they literally only hand me ONE towel, just one. Now we were staying for multiple nights and there were two of us, so one extra towel didn’t help. Lastly, the breakfast kind of sucked really bad, the pancakes were awful, juice kind of nasty, the food lacked flavor and overall breakfast could have been way better. I would also say that I noticed one day, a black lady on the first day was given a hard time for wanting to take her breakfast to go and the same for a black guy on my last day there. While others didn’t have a problem with being able to take their food to go. There was no hesitation or discussion about it, literally every single person, was able to take their food to go that asked. I think that it should be the same with everyone especially when everyone is paying the same price. Overall my stay was pretty good minus the things mentioned above.

Our television did not work. We spent an entire weekend in the room without being able to watch anything on the television. Our WiFi barely worked. Water in the shower was lukewarm at best. Our key cards to the room kept not working and we would have to go get new ones from the front desk multiple times without any apology or explanation. Room service did not come to clean or replace towels. I spent a decent amount of money to have a nice weekend away with my kids, and the stay at the hotel was very disappointing. This is not the first time that we have stayed here, but I think that it might be the last because of the poor time that was had.

Walking the halls you could smell cigarette smoke very strongly in some areas. The breakfast was only offered on one day and not both days of our stay. It was clean and the staff were friendly.

This hotel can be so much better. Needs Reno.
To start with I chose this hotel because it advertised EV chargers on site and pool. The pool was out of service. The EV chargers were also out of service. What is even better is that font desk claims every time they fix the chargers they work for a day or two and stop. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Also even though breakfast hours are from 7:30 to 9:30 by 8am what little of what is available is all gone. Had to change multiple rooms to get a clean one. The hotel feels old and ran down and has wired smell down the hallways.

the attention from that the very poor quality staff told us that we did not have the right to breakfast, I had to go and print the reservation and the details so that they would allow me access to breakfast, in addition we were sitting having breakfast and the staff told us that we We had to hurry because they had to leave, it wasn't even 8:30 am. The experience in that location was really very negative.

Best hotel experience so far. Likes: Traffic-free location, Enough parking, active & clean swimming pool, big and peaceful lobby to hangout or meet visitors, full-stocked breakfasts, anytime free coffee, refrigerator, oven & controllable heat/cool AC in room, clean beds & bathroom, humble staff etc. Dislike: Poor WiFi signal, had to take phones near the door to reconnect.

Older hotel, rooms were OK. I could not get hot water out of the shower; not when I checked in in the evening or in the morning. Lost electricity in the morning, so no chance to get any work done from the hotel room. There was a snowstorm, and evidently no backup power system. Other businesses nearby had power, street lights had power, but no power in the hotel

We stayed here for a dance convention on the property. We will never stay here again. It was way overpriced for the condition of the property. A few examples, the bed mattress had a huge hole/rip in the side (we were checking for bed bugs…thankfully none), the shower curtain had a very large rip in it, the water was so cloudy you could not see through it, everything just seemed old and not well taken care of, a friend found a clump of bloody hair behind their toilet, there seemed to be dirt and buildup grime on the chair railing around the ballroom we were in, most of the mini fridges worked sub par or not at all, the whole floor we were on smelled like smoke and vomit…the list could go on. The guy checking us in was very nice and friendly and our bed, thankfully seemed to be clean…that is about the extent of what I can say was good! We would have left immediately if the dance convention we were at wasn’t being held there! Don’t stay here!

First room we received had a broken bed so we were moved into another room … second room had no hot water which I believe was the entire hotel because we heard multiple people complaining about it, so we weren’t even able to shower and to top it all off we received free breakfast vouchers the day we checked in only to find out the next day we couldn’t use because the restaurant was closed so the whole experience was weird and we should’ve honestly asked for money back and left
