“I was disappointed in this property. I have rented several log style cabins in the area and this one rates very low for the higher cost. I booked this property only because of its avalability and location. If it worked out, there was potential for repeated bookings. Perhaps when the marina area is not closed, it would be worth the money? Simple things like not having mold on shower curtains, a deep clean on baseboards and rafters, providing more than one dishwasher tab, a second roll of paper……

“The cabin was very nice and clean. It was also very pet-friendly, we took our puppy with us and we all had a great time. We also was traveling with my fiancée great grandparents and the host was very kind about letting us have a later checkout to get everything packed up! We will most definitely be coming back soon!!”

“This was a wonderful place. We used the weight room on several occasions. Hot tub was great. View AMAZING. Plenty of space for our group of 10. ”

“This was the best stay I’ve had! Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 4 days and it was absolutely amazing. It was amazingly clean and organized. The property is absolutely beautiful and very quiet. The front porch was out favorite part! Our host was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to answer questions and even as to help with things unrelated to the property. All around amazing stay and amazing host. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a very modern and clean but……

“The size and layout were great, but TVs were not good elevated height made remote useless. Games in basement air hockey & electric pinballs did not work. Only 10 towels for a ten person cabin. We never expect food but no salt and pepper seemed cheap. Space parking as well. ”

Great location if you wanna be an adorable suburban area near Knoxville ! Lots to do and great places to eat in your neighborhood but just a quick drive to downtown Knoxville ! 100% would stay here again !”

“A lovely one bedroom condo in a great location downtown. I was able to walk to restaurants, close to the greenway to walk/run, and the bandshell park where there was an outdoor concert. The condo had all I needed for my stay.”

“The rental was nice and clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. I slept on the couch and my wife slept on pillows on the bed. Neither us got much sleep. We stayed one night instead of the two were charged for. The owner refunded 60 despite what they claimed was a subjective experience of the "bed firmness." You could feel the bed springs after 30 minutes. Totally disappointed since we were there to close a real estate transaction.”
