Clean, spacious room and a comfortable bed. Pool was in accessible & possibly permanently closed? Standard free breakfast with waffle iron, eggs & sausage as well as apples, yogurt, juice, coffee and cereals. It was spotlessly clean with new furniture in the lobby and “dining area”. For the very low price & last minute booking it was much more than we excepted for one night! Very close to Hocking Hills State Park.

The room was very clean and the staff was courteous. The breakfast was sufficient but needed more fresh fruit. Overall I would stay there again. On another note the gas station out in front was not good, couldn't figure out how to play the lottery and nothing to clean your windshield.

Had to go up stairs to 2nd floor. Staircase hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. Room didn’t have shampoo, conditioner was broken off handle, toxic fumes upon my return & I got light headed, I had to tell front desk to follow me just in case someone went into my room. Come to find out it was housekeeping who peed in my toilet and didn’t flush, I asked them to call manager to check recording to find out who was in my room w/out permission, they stated they could but manager usually turns off phone. What manager does that!? QI manager apparently. I asked for manager to call me on my cell but 5 days later and no call. You can hear everything, there is no sound proof of anything! If you want cheap quality, service, etc - you’ll get it here.

We got there after check in time and our room was not ready. The pool was not open. The coffee machine was also out of order. The eggs (whatever they were) were cold. However, the room, once we were in there was clean and the bed was better than I expected. For the price, despite some of the issues, compared to other options that weekend, I would stay there again.

The only good about the stay was the desk staff was friendly. Almost with sympathy. The place was unclean and not maintained to any decent level. Room Ac was dirty as it looked like it had never been cleaned. Broken electrical outlet cover exposing live wires. The carpet was so dirty that you would leave a footprint on the barg mat. One of the comforters was soiled. As was the chair in the sitting area. Outside the gutter had something growing out of it and was running over. Someone nearby was cooking and what smelled of incense was burning to perhaps cover the cooking smell . No coffee in the breakfast area but the desk clerk did give me more coffee serving to make in the room. The pictures on the website were favorable but in person this place was not at all a good stay. I have paid alot less at other places and had a clean room. I had an overall feeling that owners or management could care less about the cleanliness or maintenance of this place. Anyone in management could have picked up a $19.99 coffee pot at Walmart and couple pounds of coffee so the quest could have e had a cup of coffee with breakfast without having to run back to the room. I will definitely look closer any Quality hotel in thr future. Whomever at Choice should take a look and probably pull the lease. Stayer beware!

I walked in the front door and was never greeted. An unshaven man sat behind the desk and never got up. He was wearing an old baggy T-shirt. Very unprofessional. Not a good first impression!

Room window was taped shut, breakfast was half stocked. Hallway smelled of body odor. Room was clean and everything in it worked. Location was quiet except for the train tracks behind hotel, due to window not being fully closed.

Immediately upon arrival, we ran into unprofessional staff. The front desk worker told us that they didn't have a room at check in time, saying something along the lines of "I don't know what they've been doing." Unprofessional not being ready, then talking down about another part of the team makes it worse. The maintenance on the hotel was sub-par. -There were holes left in the wall where they previously mounted items that were removed, but the holes were still there. -One wall was painted a different color. -The toilet paper holder was loose making it useless. These previous items were annoyances, but the cleanliness really dragged the place down. The towels delivered multiple days had some kind of black spots on them. The sheets were dirty. There were also bugs flying around the room - there will always be bugs everywhere, so seeing a bug in the room is not unexpected. We had more bugs in this room than we have ever experienced in the past.

Our stay at the Quality Inn in Circleville, Ohio was mainly positive. The staff was business like and friendly behind the desk. Although we arrived well after check in time one of our rooms was not ready and it took an extra 20 minutes to get it ready. I would still recommend the Quality Inn is a clean and convenient place to stay.
