“Although parking is tricky the facilities at the cottage were fine. It's right opposite two pubs which didn't cause any disruption. On the whole a good place to stay, it's about one minute from the sea.”

“The cottage is lovely. Nice bathroom, good kitchen which is well equipped. Stunning garden. Comfy bed and bed linen. Lovely little extras like wine, tea, coffee and bread which we really appreciated. Just a little remote and far from the coast for us, especially in poor weather. Try the Running Fox at the Plough in Powburn. Excellent food. ”

We had everything we needed .We hope to be back again next spring to do some more exploring of the wonderful coastline .we even saw some dolphins from the jolly fisherman beer garden !!Highly recommend this property.10/10”

“Lovely place to stay. Really well designed and making great use of the available space. It has everything you need and with a very comfortable double bed. Very quiet and excellent view out front.The welcome pack of fresh eggs, milk, very good crisps and prosecco was a lovely touch. Thanks again!”

“The accommodation was exactly as described and wonderfully cozy and comfortable. A family of 3 we had plenty of room and found the beds comfortable and the amenities perfect. The host, Rachel, was extremely welcoming when we arrived and made sure to let us know where everything was and how it all worked. The location is wonderful with little light pollution and so the nights are amazingly starlit with the fire pit available for use if you wish. We would absolutely return ”
