“It's a comfortable hotel. Service is nice and friendly. Room is clean. Bed is good to sleep. The Desk is made by wood and leather, could use notebook for a long time and won't feel uncomfortable. Great hotel. Next trip I'll stay here again.”

“The staff is very helpful and friendly. My brother and I (along with my 7-year-old nephew) stayed there for about a week. One of the beds in the room was not in the best condition, it kept sagging when you laid down on it. We told the front desk about it; they sent someone to look and take care of it. When we returned the bed was better but still sagging a bit. The facility was clean, rooms were ok, I would recommend brining your own toilet paper, bodywash, shampoo and trash bags. My room did……

“Hotel Tranquilo is a great hotel for people that want a quiet, safe, relaxing spot but be within walking distance of the other attractions, bars, and restaurants. We stayed there for 5 nights. The included breakfast options were very diverse and delicious - lots to choose from (they offer complete menu included for breaky!). We felt the value was wonderful. Very happy there and will 100% book again if in Leon! Highly recommended. Only downside was sno hot water showers but it did not affect our stay overall.……

“My husband, my mother and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is close to the Cathedral and Central Market, but far enough away not to be too noisy. The breakfast was good if limited in choices. The staff, especially Eddie, were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the pool area is small, but inviting. We would definitely stay here again.”
