"The staff was very nice and accommodating but a few need more English proficiency considering your worldwide international clientele. Our room was clean but could use a chest of drawers and more amenities (bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand cream and a rubber shower mat), breakfast was excellent, dinner just OK, and we felt safe in the hotel. I liked being out of the traffic and chaos of Ulaanbaatar Square which was about 20 minutes away during rush hour - a cheap cab ride. "
"The hotel is decent but could use some maintenance and additional housekeeping staff. Examples include things like the exterior windows and door handles not being attached, or the fact I had to have my room key card re-authorized every day, and my rooms trash wasn't removed once in five days."
"The staff accommodated an early arrival which was very appreciated (we had to pay for it, though). Breakfasts were satisfying. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Shower water spilled out onto floor when showering. Entire hotel was clean. Fridge did not get cold. Unfortunately no air conditioning. Overall an average experience. Would stay here again. "
"It's one of the closest hotels to the airport (though still 36 km away), which is its strongest selling point; on the other hand, the trade-off is that there is absolutely nothing around in the area!"
"Was an excellent property that had accommodations during a random blizzard which cancelled all the flights for the day - hotel staff was accommodating and the view from the rooms was awesome."
"Convenient location, clean and spacious room, restaurant on site. Around 8 stairs to climb up to the entrance, with a rather steep ramp for luggage. The staff rushed out to help with that.
My only complaints are that when we arrived at 4 p.m., our room still wasn't ready for check-in, and when we were finally able to check in about an hour later, they'd only equipped it with enough towels for one person, not two. A minor inconvenience; I'd still stay here again. "
