Starting from checking in, karida was extremely helpful and she allowed us to check in early. Kari, faye, coco, bert zhu and everyone in guest services is extremely friendly, and professional. I enjoy talking with them. They helped me so much with my inline orders with wonderful support. The hotel is at a perfect location and very convenient to all sightseeing places. Breakfast serving time is very convenient. It is from 6:30 to 1：30. I strongly recommend this hotel"

"The staff was friendly to help us with everything. The room was accurate as description. Housekeeping made the sheets daily, the water pressure and heater was perfect and the location of this hotel was strategic to get food and shopping for tourists. "

"Good sized room, clean, checkin and checkout efficient, not sure about the location as I didn't get chance to walk around much! Perhaps 15 minutes from the subway but didi is cheap enough. Used the place as a hotel rather an apartment so didn't need the kitchenette etc but it all looked decent."
