“This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. ”
“This hotel is located right before the intercoastal bridge, making it somewhat difficult to get in and out off due to the high volume of traffic during peak hours. Most of the housekeeping staff spoke very little English, making communication somewhat difficult. We were not aware that housekeeping was only done during the morning. On day two of our stay, we left the room around 11:00 am and returned around 4:00 pm. Sadly to our surprise, our room had not been done. We ended up having to request……
“This place is just barely holding on. None of the ice machines worked, there were guests sitting in the hallway due to multiple people (MULTIPLE) staying in the rooms, I think they were permanent. No breakfast. If I would have known all these things in advance I would have paid more and stayed somewhere else.”
“Had a lovely stay! Excellent service all around! The hotel shuttle is quick and easy. They took us to dinner in sea pines and to the beach. Loved the service at the beach with nice chairs and umbrellas, bottles of water and waiter/waitress service. ”
“Very nice affordable hotel, had free snacks and drinks in office. Nice room stocked with lotions and nicer shampoo and conditioner. Paper towels and such Roku TV. Bad was comfy”
“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful.
I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”
“The only complaint I have is the lack of respect that during the night a party was going on in the lobby and was terribly loud, rude, and inconsiderate! We called the lobby to notify them of the noise level. We should have been refunded some of my money because we hardly slept during that night and had to get up for a flight.
The water pressure is slow/light. Also there’s a smell from the trash or sewer outside. ”
