"Johnnie, the spa manager was absolutely delightful and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my experience. Tanner was my masseuse, wonderful and understanding of pressure preference. The bar staff was friendly, I had a wonderful lunch and dinner. Front of desk staff ensured that I was accommodated appropriately for what I purchased through Expedia when it did not match what was booked. Friendly when the discrepancy was brought up and handled it immediately. Every member of staff that I encountered was friendly, welcoming and warm. I will be returning again!
