“Super clean and friendly staff. Don’t bring toiletries. They supply shampoo conditioner body wash lotion. You can request toothbrush and everything else you need!! 10/10 would stay again. If coming during holiday parking can be hard but everything is walking distance.”

The building itself is gorgeous and our room was delightfully furnished, decorated, and appointed. The staff were kind and attentive. Excellent experience!”

“I would stay here again and again. I love the ambiance and charm of the historic home which still shines through along side the luxurious updates in the beautiful bathroom, soft rugs, comfy bed. They have thought of everything and provided a beautiful space to enjoy it in. Games, toiletries, coffee, water, an honor wine bar upstairs. I cannot wait to go back. “Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large. Bathrooms could be bigger. limited Parking and you have to park on the street up to 1/4 mile down the road. Breakfast is $20 if purchased on site and is nothing more than the free breakfast you get at an ordinary hotel. Just go eat out somewhere else. Good location. Close to Coligny Plaza.”

“It was a unique experience that I would receive messages asking if I was ok and if I needed anything. I asked for a mug so I can make tea and a few minutes later, I received it. The room was very spacious.”

“This property was a huge disappointment. The bathroom was dirty, the baseboards and walls were filthy, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here. Between the poor condition of the property and the lack of customer service, I will not be returning.”

“Desk clerk very surly-no breakfast-no coffee- neither bed lamp worked-feet were black from walking on filthy floor-sheets had sand or crumbs in them-Security lock on door had half missing-two very thin towels and bath cloths- (could literally see through them)-No room phone-no clock-TV had only basic cable-AC leaked water on floor- I would stay in a tent in the rain before I would stay here again. Tried to think of a positive to report -(Ice machine worked) Do not stay here”
